You can support the Institute by joining the Friends of the Finnish Institute in the Middle East. The purpose of the association is to make the countries of the Middle East known by organizing lectures, public events, educational trips and cultural exchange between Finland and the countries of the Middle East region. The Foundation of the Finnish Institute in the Middle East does not have individual members, but the activities are channeled through the Friends. If possible, the association financially supports the Institute.
You can become a member of the Friends of the Finnish Institute in the Middle East by applying for membership from the board, os: SLIY, Tieteiden talo, Kirkkokatu 6, 00170 Helsinki, or by sending the attached membership application (.doc) by e-mail to the secretary of the association at sliyti@sliy.fi.
