Greetings from Lotta, the institute’s current intern
The first month of as an intern has flown by, and it feels like we are now truly getting into the swing of things after summer! There is a lot coming that I have had the pleasure to work on, for example, organizing Badaro Talks -lectures and a student course to be held in United Arab Emirates in October. My daily tasks in the institute has also included versatile communication tasks and research assistant duties.
Beirut is a diverse and vibrant city with no shortage of things to do. In my free time, I have been able to enjoy what the city has to offer by attending interesting lectures organized local universities and NGOs, studying Arabic and visiting museums. The internship has been a rewarding experience so far, and I can’t wait to see what the coming months will bring!
