Organized in co-operation with the Syrian Directorate for Museums and Antiquaties in 2012 under the title ‘the Damascus Region in the Pre-Classical Era’, this conference is especially tailored for assyriologists and archeologists. It is linked to excavations in the Damascus region shedding more light on the pre-classical era history and life in the region.
